Overview

Sylvester Risk Advisory Group (“SRAG”) provides digital advisory services, operational reviews, and compliance-related deliverables. Due to the time, analysis, and customized nature of these services, refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the stage of work completed.

Website Compliance Snapshots

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase and work completed.

• Full refund → work not started
• Partial refund (up to 50%) → intake reviewed / work started but deliverable not yet provided
• No refund → deliverable completed or Snapshot delivered

If applicable, SRAG may offer a 14-day hold credit valid for up to 90 days in place of a refund.

Refund requests may also be considered where duplicate payment occurred or SRAG is unable to fulfill the service.

Digital Products & Toolkits

Due to the downloadable and digital nature of templates, guides, and toolkits, refunds are generally not provided after access or delivery.

Consulting & Advisory Services

Consulting fees may be non-refundable once scheduled sessions, advisory work, or document preparation has commenced.

Exceptions

SRAG reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To submit a request, contact info@sylvesterriskadvisorygroup.com with your order details and reason for the request. SRAG will respond within 5 to 7 business days.
